Our Flagship In-hand event at the National Pony of the Year Show. The trophy is a custom made bronze that sums up the NPOTY Show perfectly depicting 4 beautiful pony sculptures. Whilst the trophy remains with the Show Society, The winner each year takes great pride in holding it each year.

"Lady Creswick Perpetual Trophy"

Welsh Pony or Cob of the Year

​

A beautiful piece of silver kindly donated to us by Sally Bayles (Nilton Stud) in memory of her mother who was the founder of the famous Nattai Stud that are synonymous amongst Welsh enthusiasts. Dating back to 1933, the trophy boasts beautiful engraving done by hand. The piece of silver was given to Sally's Grandfather, Anthony Hordern by the then staff of Milton Park located in Bowral NSW. Each year, it is highly polished and awarded with a beautiful rosette as a memento to the winner.

"Mary Reed Perpetual Trophy"

Grand Champion Ridden Riding Pony

​

Once again, a beautiful bronze awarded to the Grand Champion Ridden Riding Pony in memory of the late Mary Reed who worked hard to promote the Riding Pony in Australia. The trophy remains the property of the Society with the winner receiving a beautiful rosette and custom made garland of flowers donated by Conceptions Garlands made in Mary's favourite colour of red. Due to a program change, this trophy will be retired after the 2019 Show.
